Can I choose a colour?
Yes, you can choose from a selection of colours from our grout colour palette which is attached to your quote for your convenience.
What can be done if one of my tiles is cracked?
We can repair a cracked tile that remains soundly fixed by scoring and sealing the crack. This involves grinding or cutting the crack to an even, adequate depth and width. We then apply epoxy grout (as closely colour matched to tile colour as possible) to fill the crack, forming a long-lasting and watertight seal without risking jeopardising the waterproof membrane.
Do you offer a warranty?
Mr Grout offers a warranty of up to 5 years on workmanship, grout, and silicone. Speak to our friendly team during your onsite quote or call our office for warranty periods specific to the job you’re looking to have done.
What if the leak is coming from around, near, or below my tap fittings or shower head?
While a leak in these areas can sometimes be due to water seeping through porous or cracked grout, we always recommend having a plumber inspect your pipes to rule out plumbing concerns prior to having a shower re-grout and/or seal completed. This will ensure all possible causes are addressed.
